# Councils

The CGDAO Committee controls the Community Treasury with a 3 of 5 agreement for any action. When a community member gets elected to the unlocked seat it will then become 4 of 6 agreement.

The Guardian Board controls the Security Treasury with a 3 of 4 agreement multi-sig any action. When 4 community members get elected to unlocked seats it will become a 5 of 8 agreement agreement.<br>
