  • English, japanese & vietnamese.

Support:

  • This will direct users to the support function on the ChainGuardians website for assistance.

To best assist with reports, please have the following:

  • User RPG ID: can be found when users log out of the game (see "Log-Out").

  • While on the game screen, click & hold the screen while circling your mouse in a counter-clockwise direction; this will open the error log. Take a screenshot & attach it to the bug report submission.

  • Wallet address (this will be the metamask address that is connected to the chainguardians account).
